The highly awaited facelift of Honda’s favorite subcompact sedan, the Amaze, was launched in December 2024. The sharp exterior, advanced technology, and enhanced safety features should strengthen the new model’s standing in the Indian market.
The facelifted model is offered from ₹7.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base ‘V’ trim, while the ZX CVT variant is priced at ₹10.89 lakh.

The new Amaze shares its aesthetic cues with the Elevate SUV, bearing a bold and modern front fascia. The reworked grille receives a hexagonal chrome pattern, flanked by LED projector headlamps and larger front fog lamps. The facelifted Amaze retains its tried and tested 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol engine putting out 89 bhp and 110 Nm of torque. For transmission, buyers get a choice of a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic setup. The petrol-CVT combo is rated at an outstanding 19.46 km/l, with the manual version returning around 18.65 km/l.

The Amaze is offered in three trims—V, VX, and ZX—in both manual and CVT editions. Prices range from ₹7.99 lakh to ₹10.89 lakh for the ZX CVT.
